Coach Profile

 I am a senior director, enterprise agile coach, trainer, and agile leader with 20+ years of experience in enterprise software development, consulting, digital, and organization transformation. In the past, I worked with tech, finance, oil and gas, telecom, and healthcare companies in Singapore, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Belgium, and the United States.

Through the years, I have built in-depth expertise in organization structure, Agile frameworks, and digital innovations. My approach is around human-centric leadership, developing people over process, and a combination of training, coaching, and advisory. As one of 100+ SAP Champions around the world, I advocate innovation, lead lean-agile transformation, and speak regularly at SAP and Agile conferences.

My certifications include SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Alliance Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), and Design Thinking.

I am a strong believer in contributing back to the community and volunteered for catalyst, women's leadership, and early talent coaching.
